    BCAA's

Someone asked me in a PM what I use for BCAA's. Sorry I deleted all my PM's so I don't remember who it was so I'm just going to post it here. I've tried both flavors and Grape is the best

This is made by XtremeForumations. I used it during my comp diet and I had great results.

    ICE™

    Victory is the only option!

The secret of an elite ahtlete's ability to maintain positive nitrogen status through their intense workouts and recover quicker than mere mortals lies in the proper use of the Branch Chain Amino Acids. BCAA's have the capability to independently stimulate protein synthesis within the muscles and create a highly potent anabolic environment to speed your recovery.

During intense resistance training Glutamine is released from the muscles not only from free form amino acid stores but also via deamination of the Branch Chain Amino Acids within the muscles themselves. This release of Glutamine is recognized by the body as the signal to halt protein synthesis. Providing Glutamine and the Branch Chain Amino Acids during these critical times will profoundly alter this signal thus allowing protein synthesis to continue onward.

With an overwhelming Free Form Branch Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) and L-Glutamine profile, ICE™ is able to drastically alter and accelerate your recovery pace. Adding ICE™ to your supplement arsenal is the perfect way to supercharge your progress. And don’t worry about the taste, the proper measures have been taken. This carb-free cocktail is practically candy.

ICE™ contains the most scientifically advanced formulation of Glutamine and Branch Chain Amino Acids available.

"They" add flavors to "their" BCAA formula. Otherwise, its nasty. ICE tastes great.

    Hey TP

I didn't even know they had them in a formula....

The BCAAs I take are pills.

Question: Amazing I have a question.......But, what do you suppose the cause or reasonings of pills popping after you take them? I've noticed after I take 4 BCAAs maybe 10 min. after they pop I belch (I have manners) and I have this powery smoke come out my mouth. It's a brand new bottle. Just curious because it's happened to a couple other people at my facility and they're quite puzzled too.

That is bizarre. Generally, the coating is simply digested.

Do you think it's just to blame on having too much stomach acid? Just throwing that out their.

Another guy claimed the same thing happened to him when he took the capsul type Amino Acids.

I'm sure it's nothing to worry over....just curious as to why it happens or has happened.

This has happened to me when I have taken MD 6 without water. Generally, they get stuck part of the way down and don't reach the stomach. They get "unstuck" when the coating digests and you burp out the powder. I will tell you this, it is not a pleasant sensation when the powder has ephedra and cayenne pepper in it.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

I've had the ephedra do that to me once before. It's not fun.

As for the BCAA's when it happens to me, they're not stuck. I have to drink water with all my supps. Dunno.

Makes sense though what you said.
