VPX Plasma Expandor = 50g Creatine??? too much??
i just got my first bottle of VPX's Plasma Expandor... and it says that it contains 50,000mg of creatine! is it just me or is that an absolute SHITLOAD of creatine? isnt that much bad for you? thanks - Hans

it's not 50grams of creatine... if you look the serving size is 50 grams... two scoops... it's not pure creatine... 27g are carbohydrates... and 14 are proteins, 1 gram is sodium, and basically a gram of phosporous... so I'm not sure exactly where the creatine fits in there... but you can see it's impossible that there could be that much creatine... it definitely seems like a safe supplement... the carbs will help it be absorbed by your body very efficiently and the glutamine peptides will give you a boost without interfering with the receptors that the creatine uses... seems to me like a very well designed creatine type supplement.
Are you kidding me????
