    sprinting?

    creatine can give a you a few percent increase in sprinting.

    creatine may cause dehydration though, need to watch out for that... sprinting you won't see dehydration as much as a problem as in more distance running of course...

    IAB a while back suggested that V12 was good for increasing oxygen capacity I think while he was biking.

    get some creatine dude!

    you'll definatly knock some time off your 100m (or whatever) with that, all the sprinters are constantly on it

    when i'm on creatine i feel quicker and do not fatigue as much when playing basketball, obviously i feel stronger when i'm lifting weights.... so it should help you a lot
