should I use 4-AD pills or 4Ad spray?

should i buy the 4AD pills form ergopharm or buy a 4AD spray such as 4-ADerm? has anyone tried this spray? any other 4AD sprays out there?

can 4AD pills give good results if I do not go with the spray? my understanding is the spray is much more effective...

    thanks

where can I buy 4AD transdermals?

can you point out good 4AD transdermal products (and links if possible)

also I am assuming I stay on for a 4 week cycle (will be on 1AD as well) so how many bottles/packs (products) of 4AD transdermals should I need for a 4 week cycle (doing an average daily dose)?

    thanks

should I buy nolvadex in event of gyno as well as 2% spironolactone to prevent chances of hair loss or is this even necessay considering I will be using 1AD and 4AD together?

also should 6oxo be used after the AD cycle or during? Would one not want to use 6oxo while using the ADs to prevent estrogen probs?

I would not worry about gyno on a PH for 4 weeks unless you are prone to it. Hair thing is up to you. It will accelerate hair loss. 6-oxo id used after cycle. You want the estrogen for bulk.

is there something one can take to prevent/limit hair loss while taking the ADs?
I have thick hair so no hair loss problems now but would hate to start losing as a result.

When you say it can cause hair loss do you mean just while one is taking the cycle or do you mean this could be a permanent thing resulting form a cycle or two of ADs?

    thanks again

If you loose it, it is permanant. There are products you can take, like finesteride.

I believe propecia would prevent hair loss.
