now if i take the Micellean Superfood, can i use that as like my meal except not for breakfast and dinner?

Normal breakfast than take it around 10, 12, 3, then eat normal dinner at 6

would that be good ? I m trying to diet, but its a pain sometimes so a MRP would be good for me to watch my intake.

you would be taking 3 a day... that might get a little expensive, but if you can afford you will be ok... but you might want to try and bring a lunch with you to eat real food at 12 and do the MRP at 10 and 3

a good lunch would be a Tuna sandwich on whole grain bread and maybe a light salad... or some sort of vegetable... that Micellean would only last you 10 days at 2 a day... I recommend you only do 1 a day so it will last you 20 days...

I'm in this same situation too. I want to get the right mrp! I really really want to purchase and like Micellean Superfood but i'm afraid i'm gonna throw up...I love the ingredients so much though, best i've ever seen. Someone said they'd rather drink a bottle of flaxseed oil, and that stuff makes me gag with a tablespoon. I've tried optimum nutrition vanilla and don't like the taste of this either - but many of you do. What's the best flavor and what's it like in comparison to taste of ON?

I'm leaning toward Lean Mass Matrix because it seems the taste is very good. I don't so much care to enjoy the MRP, but don't want to dread drinking it either.

    I'll have to second that.

APM60 by Met-rx was good, though I believed they stopped making it. Labrada low-carb ain't bad either.

Twin Peak, I don't doubt the quality, it seems to be near perfection...I'm wondering though can you actualy keep it down? Which flavors have you tried and liked the best?
