    not bad but theres alot of garbage in there. i personally took it for 2 months and got off it since i was gainging alot of fat. I personally would look into something else. do a search for nlarge and you should fine a couple of comments on it.

    if ya going to keep or get it anyway, i suggest you add frozen strawberries to the shake, that gives you a nice taste.

    N-Large 2 is Full of Garbage. Pure Simple Sugars (Maltodextrin and nothing Else).
    If you're looking for a better choice go for Beverly Intll Mass Maker or Dorian Yates Approved ProPeptide MBF. They're made up of extremely high quality proteins & 100% complex Carbs. Quality is outstanding!

    don't get the strawberry one....its kinda bitter...

    get the vinalla or chocloate..
