I would suggest keeping your calories up for 2 weeks after your 6oxo ends... then move to maintenance, or start a mild cut to get rid of some of the unwanted fat during bulking...
    Are you kidding me????

If you gained muscle you will need more maintenance calories than you did before to maintain that muscle. If you go back to the old number you will eventually loose the muscle you gained. You will have to cut slowly to find out where that number is.

Not sure if there is a magic number. By the time you finish your 6-oxo, the PH's in your system will be long gone. So I guess you can start when you finish your 6-oxo.
