    1-ad help.

Hey guys im new here awesome forums. Well here is my situation. I bought 1-ad today and am not sure if i want to use it. I am taking some perscription medications they are wellbutrin and Dynacin. Is it a steroid alternative? The guy who works at my local nutrition store assured me i would be safe on it. I am 18, am i too young to be taking this? Should i wait a couple more years before i do? Baldness does not run in my family either. Sorry for all the questions hope i can get some more help here.

Nearly all PH manufacturers advice is to be at least 21.

Do a search, for yourself, there's alot of guys who have used 1-AD, and other PHs, so you can learn from their experience.

In your teenage years a good diet and regular fitness regime is what will benefit you most. However, I've read articles advising against heavy weights as these can stunt your growth.

Keep the visits to McDonalds & KFC to a minimum :-)

There's no quick fix, but in your late teens hard work will pay off.

I'm nearly 40 and I've used 1-AD. The most noticable thing is that your nuts shrink! This is because your body stops producing testosterone, due to the artificial supplementation. This happens with Anabolic Steroids, too.

In my opinion the guy who sold you the product was pretty irresponsible, or that you look older than your years. Take it back for a refund, and get some whey protein, multi-vits and flax oil. Thats the advice I'll be giving my son.

Ditto. At 18 your natural test should be at all time highs. PHs are best used once you have several years of training under your belt and progress has slowed. It is a boon for us old guys whose test levels have dipped way below what it once was (I'm 47).

Take it back and get a refund. For the next 3 or 4 years, train hard, eat a clean diet with plenty of protein and I guarantee you will see great results. I wouldn't recommend experimenting with a PH/PS product until you're at least 21 years old, preferably older.

i agree i am 24 and i was a very unsure of taking it but i have been training for 3 years hit a plateau and i wanted to see if it could get me past it and it did. I have heard right around 25 years old is when your test levels start to drop not as much as these guys being in there forties but thats around the age I am so i figured i would try it. I would say get some protein and some creatine I like the creapure and have a clean diet and you will be in good shape
