    Masssssss

    I need to know what is a great MASS supliment. I would like to gain 10 pounds. My diet is good,eatting right. I am 165lbs with under 10% body fat. Lean and cut but want mass more that being cut. Thanks for any help. But not looking for Roids something that will help me but I will still be alive in 35 years and not have problems.

    FOOD! Clean, high quality food.

    Plenty of protein, as far as a supplement get a protein powder, an MRP as well if you really need the xtra calories.

    looks like you have a good start, Prince is right, lots of good quality food. keep a food journal, this helps alot, also, post your w/o.

    There is no magic suppliment, you need to focus on your diet.

    I suggest you post a sample of your daily diet in the nutrition forum for feedback.

    quality Food

    Here is my diet:
    Breakfast: 1 pk oatmeal, Protein shake, 1-2eggs(7-8am)
    Snack: Protein bar ,granola bar(10am)
    Lunch: pre workout: Pasta w/ sauce, Protein shake(12pm)
    Pos work out: Chicken Breast, creatine(2pm)
    Dinner: Chicken Breast, peas carrots(6pm)
    Snack: protein shake

    How is this?
