    need advice

I need to gain alot of strength in about a month, I have only alittle less than a month to get stronger for wrestling season. I wanted to know if there was anything I should add to what i take right now.

    Daily supplements:

    Multi-vitamin, Vitamin C, Celltech, Liquid Clenbutrx 5ml x 2 day

What could i use to get more strength?

I m only 16, so I figure a TEST or juice wouldn't be a good idea for me :/, so i m kinda jw if there is anything safe to add to what i m taking.

    thanx
    Brandon

Hit the weights man, and get lots of protein and carbs in. You’ll get a lot stronger; I’m not recommending creatine b/c if you like the guys in my school you’ll be trying to lose weight all the time during the season. And as you know you need to drink a lot of water when taking creatine. Some of the guys in my school barely drink any water, barely eat and ever spit to lose weight. So IMO creatine is out of the picture. Just hit those weight hard for 4 weeks, you’ll see improvement.

Only supplements I would really recommend are

    Protein
    Glutamine
    Multi-vitamins

It’s not every day!!! Only on days they have to weight themselves in. They're good cuz they end up in state every year. So they're not as stupid as you may think

hit the weights? what kind of advice is that... that's like someone asking you what kind of car to buy and you tell them a coupe...

bro, you're 16, the problem is you haven't lived long enough to really know how to get the most strength and size from your workouts... I recommend looking at Gopro's 3 week cycle... don't deviate from the exercises and you will get great results...
    Are you kidding me????

Maybe I shall start speaking another language. What I mean it work hard in the weightroom and not rely on the supplements He is not asking for a weight routing he is asking for supplements. And that’s what I tried to answer. Most likely if his coach it’s like my coach we don’t have a choice on what we do in the weightroom, we do the routine he gives us.
