I just Bought GNC brand of creatine called Mega Creatine with Phosphate and it doesnt need a loading phase and it has 20 packets with 5g of creatine in them and 1 gram of phosphate and 12 grams of sugars and Im soppuse to mix a packet with 16oz of water and drink with in ten minutes and the box says I should drink first thing in the moorning or right afer workout ( please dont tell how its bad to buy from GNC im stuck buying from them mom will not allow me to buy from anyone else im 16 and I dont have a car) SO when do you guys and Gals think I should take it
