19-nor 4-androstenedione-confused

maker of this product says it does not conver to DHT so it does not cause hair loss, prostate problems etc. but I read some o articles which claims it does. I am confused as to who to believe, the manufacturer claim or others?
anyone here used it and know anything about it?
is it a good product or is 1AD/4AD better when it comes to building mass and limiting side effects?
