Lately i have been getting sick more often and was wondering how you guys keep from it? It hasn't affected my workouts to much b/c they are like weekend bugs and crap but its bothering the hell out of me. As of rite now I take glutamine, multi, flax oil, and creatine outside of my normal diet. I eat very healthy (except for cheat days) So I was wondering what you guys and gals do to keep from getting sick.

try extra vit. c and echinacea.
Sounds like you can be overtrained too. When was the last time you took a lay off from your training?
I think that might have been it, after I posted that I took the week off to relax. I went back last week and have been feeling much better. I hope this sticks heh.
