    Angry QUESTION: creatine monohydrate (sublingual)

hey guys. I've been taking this type of creatine for almost 4 months now... and i havent really noticed much results. I think the reasoning is that i'm not taking enough of it!! One of the trainers at the gym i went to recommended it and told me to only take about 1/2 a dropper 30 mins before workouts. Well, i've been doing that pretty consistently... and i've probably only raised my bench 10-20 lbs. Do those results sound about right... or are my expactations too high?

Oh yea, in 4 months... i've only used a little less than half of this 4 FL OZ bottle... and gained about 5-7 lbs

    any help would be great!

I have not taken the liquid. Would assume it's the same stuff. Did you try to do some research?

A lot of people have had GREAT results with Syntrax SwoleV.2. Maybe next time, try using that. I'm using it and have experienced No Water Retention.

Creatine is unstable in liquid. Get some powdered Creatine. I'd recommend San V12 or Syntrax Swole.

V12 is good yes. But you have to cycle it.

With SwoleV.2 you do not. Both good product.

I get the best results from Creatine when I cycle it anyway, so this is not an issue for me.

That's great Var. I was just talking to one of the gals at my gym who is taking it and she's switching from V12 to SwoleV.2 because she doesn't want to cycle. I let her sample SwoleV.2 for taste reasons and she LOVED IT......She's even going to purchase Syntrax Beta3 and Guggulbolic. I'm a true fan to Syntrax. All my supplements are going to be through them. Terrific people and excellant customer service.

It does sound like good stuff. I'm going to give it a try after the San V12. Hopefully I'll have the kind of results you guys have had!
