you should buy your creatine from www.1fast400.com. you can get like twice as much for the same price. ProLab Creatine costs me like $25 including shipping for 1000 grams.

I haven't taken creatine for years until just recently, but I have to say that I have been somewhat pleased with the results.

Yeah Bustin, it doesn't give you the roid results, but I definately notice a difference while taking it. I feel some noticeable strength and size gains.. One way I can tell is that when taking it my arms stretch my undershirts more than when I'm on the off cycle

The only disadvantage is it seems to make you pee more

    How much is that???

its only gonna last you 10 days! and that is with no loading phase! barely worth it IMO

get a big tub of creatine powder from a top selling company (maximuscle/met-rx/eas... whoever sells it) take the 5 day loading and 10g daily for the rest of the month and watch your muscles grow!

do it right or don't do it at all

    peace

most people would take 5 grams about 45 min before you workout and another 5 grams right after you workout. that's what i do atleast. if you don't load and you only take 5 grams a day, your muscles won't get saturated very quickly. loading is not necessary but 10 grams a day is.

I would agree with titan.....I believe there are two misconceptions.

    1. People think you need to load up...
    2. Some tell you the liquid creatine works better...

I disagree with both of these statements.

I spend my 14.00 for a tub and that is all I need.. It lasts for months.

I bought that GNC stuff awhile ago and was not impressed. It tasted crazy, like an overcarbonated strawberry soda. Plus it makes your tonge/lips red for about an hour.

creatine monohydrate is superior to other forms of creatine IMO

tried the liquid ages ago when i was a newbie to BB, and it did nothing for me, i threw the bottle out, it was crap

if you want to build mass using creatine 10g a day is optimum, anything less and i feel you may get a slight gain in strength and endurance but you won't bulk up off it at all!

loading is not essential, but its definatly beneficial as it saves time, money and you will notice gains much quicker as you muscles will become saturated in days not weeks

    peace
