Need Some Opinions on Xenadrine....
if I want to lose a quick 5-10lbs is this a good product to do so. I am looking at the ephedra free one of course, but I am 6' 1" 190lbs and I have some fat in my inner tighh, lower ab, and some under my pecs which would be my upper ab region I guess. Just want to get it off and doing it naturally isnt working.....any one familiar with this product or have suggestions on supplements that are safe????

the products that u mentioned above^^^^^are they safe meaning they contain no ephedra???

I took Xenadrine a few years back and it only worked for a month or so... so I changed to Clenbutrx

I just bought a product called Lipo 6 by Nutrex. I don't know about fat burning yet, but it sure gets you going. In fact I wasn't thinking and took some before my workout last night...at 2 am it hit me why I could not sleep.
