    Question How much money Do you spend on protein?

    ok just curious on how much $$ you guys spend on protein and buy what brand and where you get it.

    Ill go first:

    all at the vitaminshoppe

    snytrax Nectar Apple Ecstasy 2.11 powder 27.97

    ISS pro M3 chocolate 2.2 Powder 30.10

    total $58.07

    hopefuly this last the month.

    I got two boxes of Lean Mass Matrix today for $52 and 10 lbs Simply Whey for $30. My job has some perks.

    Costco carries Pro-Rated, the chocolate is rich and so is the vanilla, but the vanilla is more bearable. I am betting you could make some nice hot chocolate though, or mix the two. Without thinning it out the chocolate was just too strong for me.

    Wow, you all get protein cheap! A 2 lb container of Nectar costs me almost $60 , which doesnt last long at all!

    If you guys do use Whey Protien day in and day out....Why don't you buy your Protein in bulk? (Say 20 Lbs or 50 Lbs)
    It'll save you a LOT OF $$ & it usually stays fresh for 12 months!

    Why not have a friend of yours who can share this stuff both quantity wise & moneywise??
