Hi,

I have begun to workout again after a very lengthy extended summer of 5 months .

I remember taking a protien shake and a multi V at breakfast,

Protien shake/Glutamine/Creatine + Meal roughly 1hr - 45 before workout

Protien Shake/Small dose of Creatine/ Multi vitamin + Meal 20 - 30 mins after workout

Protien shake/Double glutamine dose before sleeping...

Now its almost been half a year since I have worked out, So I am kind of unsure if this is effective... Advise would be greatly appreciated
