If you are not taking a multi vitamin I would spend my 10 bucks on that. If you are taking a multi vitamin I would check out a couple of nurtition stores and look for there clearance items. I was able to buy a 2.5 pound of twin lab protein powder for 8 dollars once.

I use Glutamine, but don't think it should be as high on your list as the other supps mentioned above.

Not sure what a "small" bottle would cost. Try checking out a small supp store (not GNC) and see what they have on sale.

    Glutamine > Creatine ;p
Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

I would get protein before glutamine for sure, but I would get glutamine before creatine. My list of important sups in order:

    1. Protein
    2. Multi-Vit
    3. EFAS
    4. Glutamine
    5. Creatine

If all I had was 10.00 I would spend it on real food. Big bag of chicken breasts or a boatload of tuna.

I'd by eggs and boil them. Eggs are about the cheapest source of protein around.
