    Whats the best time to take creatine

    What if I cant take my creatine 30 min before or after my workout when is the other best tim to take it see Im in school when I work out and I think it would look weird for me to be mixing creatine before or after I work out so when is the other best time to use it

    i do the same thing and i just take it when i wake up and when i get home. if you can't take it to school that's pretty much all you can do.
