I really have no answer, I'm just dying to hear the results and advice since I ordered this stuff on friday and I'm looking forward to it.
I've been taking Swole V2 for 3 months now. Do I need to cycle off at some point, and if so do I take another creatine or just not take anything?
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain...

I've only been on it 3 days and I can tell you it has help my strength along with giving me a amazing pump. Last week I did the same leg workout I did yesterday and didnt even regard it as a "good workout". I took Swole about 30mins before with some dextrose and headed for the gym. By the middle of my workout I was so pumped and thought I could go forever. I increased my squats from last week by 5 reps and went 40lbs up on standing calf. I'm not regarding this as a miracle product but I'm dam pleased with the results already.
On the negative side (there always is one)I might try Plasma Expandor because this unflavored Swole is like drinking rotten cow piss![]()
i am finishing up my second month and plan on cycling off for a month...u don't have to cycle creatine, but i find that my body gets used to it after a certain amount of time
Chuck Norris once lost his keys and couldn't remember where he put them. So he tortured himself for half an hour until he gave up their location.
Are you planning on taking something else while you off Swole V2?Originally posted by oaktownboy
