    Swole question

I'm going to start taking swole and i can never get good answers about it. Everyone just keeps saying how good it is. They sound like they're salesmen for syntrax or something.

The bottle says to take it 8-12 hours apart. But your supposed to take regular creatine 45 min before you workout and right after (5g before and after). So are you supposed to take your swole in relation to when you work out? i workout after school so i was thinking that i should take it in the morning and when i get home since they have to be 8 hours apart.

Between what I have read and been told: Take it when you get up and then again 8 - 12 hours later, so this could/should put the second dose after your workout. I do not believe its an optimal loading suppliment, yet you might want the second dose to fall right after your workout.

i already take regular creatine so a loading phase is even more useless.

Sorry Titan, bad phrasing on my part. I meant I don't think it requires an optimal time for taking it like some suppliments.

I was reading on another product that is suppose to be a combination of Swole and V12, satur8, now its directions are the same as the other two except it says to take dosage 2 aprox 20 minutes before workouts if you do afternoon workouts.

The implication is to take it 20 minutes before and allow a spread of 8 to 12 hours. I would think this would not hurt even if using swole.

I use Swole V2 also. I work out at 0445hrs in the morning so I dont really have lots of time b-4 i get out of bed to take a dose 20 minutes before I workout. What I do is drink a 20oz botle of water on my way to work and take the Swole after my workout. I think the main thing is to have it in your system after a workout.
I also take it 10 hours later in the day. You should also consume it on your off days!! Good Luck!!!!!!!CP.........
