What protein products do you use?

What protein shakes/bars etc. do you consume?

    How much are they?

    Where do you buy them?

Does taste matter to you? Or do you purchase things for results and performance?
    What more can I say?

Prices vary, and you can purchase supplements at basically any health food store, or online. Of course taste does matter to me, your consuming these products on an average of 2X a day! As for 'results & performance', that is up to you! That is why they are called supplements-they are in addition to your diet, exercise, and lifestyle!
