Hello. I am 17 years old and am interested in trying 1-AD. Though, i have heard that you shouldnt take it if you are under 18, which i will be turning in may. If what i heard is true, what else would you reccomend to help me build strength and mass. I have tried creatine and it dosnt work to well for me(American Stamina and Cell Tech)

No, at 17 you should not be messing with hormones.

Surprised I'm the first one to post this but...

At 17 you don't really need supplements at all. You have enough stuff naturally going through your system to help you out and needd to get your training and diet in line before considering supplements to help you out. Supplements are designed to enhance a program that needs it, not jump start a program that doesn't have the right guidelines.

Im not looking for a quick fix at all, the reason i am looking at supplements is because i have been at the same bp max for almost half a year(255). And i have been lifting for four years now.

In most cases, especially at your age, diet is the problem if you've reached a plateu. Few young guys pay enough attention to what they're eating and how much. As far as supps, I'd stay away from hormones for several years. Stick to MRP's, Creatine, a multivitamin, and Glutamine. If you're not using these already, you'll see some good results once you start.

I agree with Var. Don't mess with phoromones at that age, but multivitimans.. whey protein, creatine, etc. is perfectly safe, and benificial.

Well said. I'm 17 myself and I do not see the need for anyone to take prohormones or sterioids while they are still this young. At our age our "stuff" is still naturally in our systems - as said above. Ever heard the expression raging hormones?

I'm on Swole V2 right now and I'm taking Beverely Ultra Size and I'm seeing great size and ESPECIALLY nice strength gains.

Get your diet down first, then your workout regime, then your supps. After awhile if your still not seeing gains, tweak it some more, then post again about PH's
