Question NO2, Nitric Oxide- Is it any good?

Someone in my gym was swearing by this NO2 stuff for building quick lean body mass. Let me know if you've tried it. Is it good? What did or didn't it do for you? Any known side effects?

General consensus is that it's a waste of money. I haven't personally tried it...not sure that I would unless someone gave me some for free.

I've never heard of V-12. I'll have to read up on it.
