    what supplements to get big

I want to get bigger and gain 10 to 15 pounds i have hit a plateau(sp) and need some supplements to get out of this funk. I already use glutamine, creatine, whey, and multi. I eat a ton of food. Was thinking about taking ast hsc creatine and maybe a ph cycle. Already used 1ad and need something better then that. Any help at all would be great

What are your stats (age, weight)? If you've tried 1AD and didnt have good results, something isnt right. Post your diet in the Diet/Nutrition forum so everyone can take a look.

P.S. What part of RI are u in?

I think you have the bases covered as far as supps go. You should have made pretty good gains on the 1AD. Usually, mediocre gains on PH's has to do with not eating enough. Again, I'd recommend posting your diet, as well as your training program so we can take a look. Even if you feel your training and nutrition are perfect, it cant hurt to get other opinions. Lots of people here have crazy amounts of knowledge.

Prolab N Large II is a really good weight gainer. Swole is a good creatine supplement or atleast i've heard and Optimum Nutritions Whey Protein is good and very cheap.
