    Question When to take supplements

    I currently take a whey protein supplement, and i am starting to take L-Glutamine and Creatine. I was wondering when is the best time to take each of these? I have heard to take the protein right after working out, and the L-Glutamine in the morning, before i workout, and after i workout. When should i take the Creatine?

    45 min before you workout and right after for the creatine. 5g each time.
