Supplements on Airplanes
What is legal? How picky are they about what pills you are bringing with you... if i bring some EFA pills, 6OXO, and guggulbolic extreme will those be oK?
Are you kidding me????

I usually just pack mine in my carry on. Never had any problems.

I've taken MRPs, creatine, glutamine, and vitamins on international flights without any problems.
One time when I was coming back from Spain a woman checking the contents of carryons gave my plastic shaker cup a thorough going over. Apparently she had never seen one of those before because she called a supervisor over. The supervisor looked at it, and made a drinking motion while looking in my direction. I nodded and then he laughed and returned the cup to me. |

I fly quite a bit - domestic and international. I've had entire suitcases loaded with supp's and I've never had a problem. Even when they've opened the bag and seen dozens of containers ...
