1-AD and NO2?

i am getting into working out again and want to pack on some muscle. is 1-ad the best thing for me? i do not have hours and hours to workout, but i do get in a fairly good one 3-4 times a week. how long should i take it, how often, should i follow with prohormone, and should i take it with NO2( i think that is what it is called). one more thing, which brand is best? thanks for the help!

hmm... HELP HOW CAN I GET HUGE IN A WEEK!!! wtf man.. a nice solid diet, and a good lifting program you'll be alright. Throw in a nice multivitiman. Protein Powder. Then once you get a nice solid build, maybe through in Andros...

dont take PH's too soon or youll waste your money ... Buy a kilo of creatine and another of glutamine and pack 10-15 lbs in 6 months.

After 6 months lifting come back ... we'll talk about PHs and test-1...

i am in good shape right now. i have a lean build. i have been taking an advocare protein drink for about 2 months. just started multivitamin. oh, and i am not trying to get big in a week smartass! just looking for some tips like everyone else. i have not made any gains in size at any point when i workout. i do get harder and stronger though. just thought this may help me get started gaining. sorry, i did take creatine for a while, but gained 10 # water weight.

In that case .... 1-Test is the way to go, all the guys that i know in the gym have gained 6-15 lbs in a 6-8 week cycle. I gained 12lbs 3 wich were fat.. took 6-OXO after the cycle and my gains are still there.

The 6-OXO cycle is very importatant and dont skip it...

IMP: Get a blood scan before starting

Some people get side effects like prostate enlargement and liver damage. If you check your liver status and HMB blood levels first and they are good you dont have to worry.

I only took 200mg a day of 1-test and got gains (started @ 155lbs and ended @ 167lbs) you will see results in just one week, you will lift more too ... but dont overtrain and rest 8-10hrs... and if you can get day naps (1-2hrs)

what brand and route do you recommend? is oral good?

I used the one from bodybuilding.com (higher power) and its oral.

i think 1-test is a horrible supplement, i took it in the form of animal test and it did absolutely nothing for me
