what does "post" mean
post work out, post etc.. what does post mean?? while doing it??
sorry, its just that i dont know much technical terms in bodybuilding

Post means after, pre would mean previous or before. It is a standard English term.

Post has many meanings, a wooden post, posted messages, yada yada, look it up.
