Explain ESTROGEN

I hear the word ESTROGEN with the words anabolics a lot and call me stupid but i have no idea what it is about im sorry

Estrogen exists in males in small quanities, for purposes of cholesterol control, bone density, and various other things.

Testosterone levels makes a man a man, and estrogen levels make women, women.

How in the world did you never hear of estrogen? If you go to school in the US you will learn about it in biology.

god damn, i really thought i learned a lot of things in the 2 years of bodybuilding but i gues i dont now shit yet.....sooooooooooooorrrrrryyyyyyyy

Usually estrogen is something males don't want in large amounts while on a PH or steriod cycle. It does have it place in bulking though as it does have some beneifts.
