Swole vs PH?

I have been reading about people's Swole V2 results and I have read in NUMEROUS places from numerous different people that in a cycle of Swole V2 gained 10 pounds... and after the cycle are keeping between 5 and 7 pounds of it...

This seems strange to me, this is about the same as a PH cycle... in a 3 week cycle of 1-ad and S1+ I gained about 10 pounds and plan to keep about 5-7 of it...

PH's are a risk, Swole V2 is not... Seems like maybe every newbie lifter (myself included) should quit with the M 1-T inquiries and just work hard, eat well and pick up some swole V2...

I would love to hear some of your guys' thoughts on this....

Are you kidding me????

Hi mayo, personnally I didn't see those stats your talking about regarding Swole but I can believe it. As you may have seen in the SWOLE thread I started, 99% of the people that posted their experiences on it are in pure and utter love with the product. I'm new taking it myself, a week now and so far it is going great. If my training continues to go as it has been, I'm staying with the Swole instead of plain Creatine MOnohydrate powder. My size is increasing at an excellent rate. In fact, a quick story, I work a 3 day work week meaning I have 4 days off. Tonight is my 1st day back since last Monday night/tuesday morning7am. and 2 seperate people came up to me saying I look bigger! One of them accused me of steroids. Now oddly enough, I don't see the difference personally probably because I see me everyday hahahah. The guy at my video store said I look like I've put on size also this week Before this week, nobody has said that to me since my comback from my injury a few months ago. Pretty odd coinsidence don't you think? Start a new supplement and 3 comments on looking bigger? Prior to the supplement no comments to looking bigger even though I know I am. I just think I must have gotten bigger quicker over the past week to the point it is acually noticable in such a short period.

I hear you. If your talking about hormonal issues such as pro hormones. Some people swear by them while others consider them a waste of money. So far I've only used 1T and feel it was worth every penny. But that is of course, my opinion.

Not that it matters to anyone but I ordered some swole v2 and it should be here in two more days. I could not find it anywhere where I live. Almost all of the vitamin stores looked at me like I didnt know what I was talking about when I asked if they carried swole.

Are you supposed to gain weight while using swole, and how long of a cycle can you do?

I don't believe I've spoken to you before Fat, welcome aboard the magical mystery tour. Glad to have you here.
To answer your question, you used the phrase "gain weight". I'd hate to just answer that question with a yes answer without explaining it in a little detail.
SWOLE V.2 as well as Creatine Monohydrate are what are known as "Cell Volumizers" The Idea of such products is to gain weight in the form of muscle. Neither product are known as "weight gainer powders/liquid" There is a big difference. So yes you will gain muscle size with either product. 1st time Creatine monohydrate users have complained about diahrea for a few days and even intestinal gas but it goes away after a few days. I haven't heard of these symptoms with SWOLE V.2 as of yet probably because most people I've spoken to including myself have used creatine at some point. So if you choose to try either product, you may have similar side effects while your stomach get used to it but it is well worth the day or two in the long run.

Why wouldn't it matter to anyone. This thread is tailored made for individuals such as yourself. I'm MORE then interested to know that you ordered it and would very much appreciate ANY (good or bad) comments in the future you have to say about the product. Good luck with it and keep me posted with your progress.

huuhoo OK i'm not really the one to ask about cycling so I'll leave this part of you question for someone else. It "should" say on the container. Look for it when it arrives. As for me, I usually go 2 to 3 months on a creatine product then come off 1 month and back on for another 3 months. I'm not sure though if that is the proper cycling format.

agreed... 6 months weight lifting isn't enough to be thinking about PH's... I cut my cycle in half, stopped after 3 weeks, going to focus on diet and training a bit more...

I will let every one know how well swole works for me. I have some before pics so I will be able to compare before and after swole v2. Thanks for the replies.

I am glad to see your concentrating on diet and training after you been training for like three years and you hit that plateau then think of the ph/ps if thats what you feel you want to do to get past it. I been training for like 3 years and i still was unsure if i should take them but i won't lie I am pleased with my results weight went from 170 to 180 i actually think i am leaner and my bench went from 275 to 300 and all my major lifts around the board actually went up. On the swole never used it but i plan to try it one time post cycle to help keep my gains

JMR, Swole is "similar" to Creatine but what seperates it from regular Creatine is it's transportation formula. People take regular creatine with water or juice etc. The formula used by Swole is what apparently seperates the two products. If you can figure out how to copy their Transportation formula and mix it with creatine I suppose you would get the same results.

Swole dosnt contain any creatine, but glycosiamine which turns into creatine in the liver. (I think. To lazy to check the label)

Which my friend is why I said "similar". I've posted the ingredients in one of these SWOLE threads. I forget which though.

I'd say yes you should cycle it or it will effect how your body produces it naturally over a prolonged time period.

I didn't even give it a thought JJJ honest. no offense taken my friend.
I'd have to say that since it is turning into creatine as you put it and I'm not arguing. Then Swole should be cycled. I'm goingo to have to check their web page.

I think creatine is to be cycled, glucosiamine not. Of course one can cycle glucosiamine but theres no point in doing so.
Might be wrong.

Ups don't fail me now. Swole should be at my door step tommorow. I will let everyone how well I do while on it.

I have talked to several people on swole and they have never heard of it. Even very exprienced people at my gym. It seems like the only people who know about it is the people in this forum.

to answer the initial question. Swole v2 does not compare to any type of ph.

U have to compare oranges with oranges. Considering that individual A trains and eats correctly with both suppliments taken separetly during different parts fo the year, there is no doubt in my mind that ph's will always outperfome V2.

V2 is only creatine, creatine derived....whatever it is, it is not hormones...
