Well, its only a 1 or 2 shot deal. There is 5 ml in a pouch, but some people take only half. If you are brave just take it in one shot and see what happens, but if you have little or no experience with fat burners, its best to take half.

OK, I took mine before my workout this morning.

HOLY SHIT.

Can I assume it's the synephrine that woke me up as if someone stuck a cattle prod up my ass? I took the full dose. How the hell can anyone split the packet into two doses? You rip it open, suck some out, and it's all gone in an instant. It took 20-25 minutes for it to kick in, but what a jolt of energy once it did.

I didn't feel any shakes or jitters. I felt a little ancy, but that was it. Mostly, it was the energy boost that I felt.

Thanks, gopro!!!! I had one hell of a good shoulders workout this morning.

I should mention that I got a slight discomfort in my stomach, sort of like that feeling you get when you drink some strong coffee on an empty stomach. It was very mild though. I suppose I could have avoided that if I had a pre-workout shake instead of the oatmeal raisin cookie I ate.

Well, the package says it works best if taken with other VPX products like protein, but I just assumed that was a VPX sales pitch on the label. I read a couple other Redline threads in this forum and no one mentioned anything about taking it with food.

No crashing for me. My workouts generally last 45-60 minutes. Considering the Redline didn't kick in until about 10 minutes into my workout, my workout was done before I would have crashed.

I did take mine with food.....I had a cookie.

I was out of Poptarts.
