Hi- Can someone please give me some guidelines for taking BCAA's and ALA? I tried searching the posts here and running a search on the internet but I couldn't find any guidelines. Here is what I was thinking:
BCAA's:
I bought some today by BodyTech:
Serving Size: 3 caps
L-leucine 1200mg
L-isoleucine 600mg
L-valine 600mg
I want to take them during training but don't know how much???
ALA:
I bought ALA by Natrol,Per Capsule it has:
300mg Alpha Lipoic Acid
From my research I assume for the best effects I should take them with a carb meal or any cheats...but again, how much??? The label on this product says it reduces sugar cravings, is this REALLY true?
Any testimonials would help a great deal.
