Suggestions on this stack
I am currently on a stack of Whey, Creatine, Glutamine, Colostrum, and I add maltodextrin as the shuttle this all in powder form and mixed in a shake. And I take 3 capsules of antler velvet. Any feed back on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Actually sounds like a damn good stack man. Why the Colostrum? Do you mix that along with water, or ordinary milk. And the antler velvet, I've heard the benifits ( Enhanced Immune System, Improved Stamina, Alot of other Health Benifits. ) But have you seen results ?
These are my favorite faces :

Colostrum is the best and only natural source of IGF-1 and the antler velvet falls in the same catagory. It contains several growth factors. You should do some reading on both. You might just add them to your diet
. What I use to mix them depends. Mostly water. But for my bedtime shake I use milk to slow down the absorption of the protein keeping my body in a longer anabolic state. The whey is absorbed in 2 to 4 hours. Where the casein in the milk takes 6 to 8 hours to be absorbed. As far as results I have seen some great results. In mass as well as overall strength.

If you do try this coctail it should be taken in certain percentages according to your body weight. If interested let me know. Anyway I get my supplements at the Vitamin Shoppe. The colostrum I use goes for $16.00 for a 44 serving size and the Antler velvet which is New Zealand Red Deer goes for about $15.00 for 60 Caps.
