1-test and the Liver
Just thought I would give you guys an FYI.
I've read on this board where 1-test is stressful on the liver, so I decided to get bloodwork done in the middle of my 1-test cycle. The normal range for liver is 1 -40. Mine was 77, almost double the average. Also note that I was taking 525mg of Milk Thistle 3 times a day. Basically taking milk thistle 3 to 1 of 1 test. Don't know what this high mark really means, just thought you guys might be interested in how stessfull 1-test is on liver. ![]() |

Thing is though, once you come off liver values return to normal in a matter of weeks UNLESS you have a problem already.

I was not referring to injections, you can use a transdermal.

![]() Yeah I was thinking liver values would go back down when coming off ph's. I'm getting more blood work done in 3 months to see how much 1-test contributed to high reading. BTW prince, it was oral. Nutrex 1-TU specifically. I was only taking 150mg a day at time of bloodwork or 1 pill 3 times a day. One more question though, does 6oxo put undo stress on the liver? Anything you take orally can effect the liver. Even vitamins taken in large quantities, can stress the liver. This is why you always hear the term CYCLE.

overall I liked it. Had good strength gains and seemed to be more harder. Only physical side effect I had with it, was it made my lower back sore. The most I've ever benched was 295 and on my last day of the cycle I got 310 up 2 times without a spotter.
