Switching from Sans V-12...

I have been taking Sans V-12 and now would like to try VPX's Plasma Expandor. Do I need to wait a bit before switching, or am I ok to just start the Plasma Expandor?

Some people like to wait a couple weeks while others, rush into it.

It's your choice. You're just cycling off V12 and moving on to another product.

May I ask, which creatine you're switching to?

Sure, I am looking at Plasma Expandor from VPX
