Taking a bunch of stuff is this bad?

I been taking Creatine for a while.. dunno if I have any gains off it.. just kept taking it.. still have a ton of it left.. but I figured I would try Swole..

OK I'm on my last week of S1+.. already got my 6-OXO waiting for post cycle.. but I also just got a shipment from 1Fast400(Once again mind blowing speed on the delivery and I got a free container and some magazines THANKS!)

Well I currently take Multivitamins, ZMA, CLA, Tribex, Redline, Creatine(switching it over to Swole), Ribose(After workouts with Creatine), Protein, Glutamine and I'm adding in Flax Seed Oil and R-ALA

Multivitamins(morning and night)
Protein 3 times a day(morning, afternoon, night)
Glutamine(morning and night)
Creatine(morning and night) + Ribose after workouts
ZMA(before sleep)
CLA(morning)
Tribex(morning and night)
Redline(afternoon or before workout)

I'll be adding in..

Flax Seed Oil(morning and night)
R-ALA(morning, afternoon and night)

and post cycle obviously the 6-OXO(morning and night)

Tell me what you guys think.. am I over doing it, do any of the things conflict with eachother? Please assist as I am a newb

IMO that is too much stuff, bump on the Wallet Comment. It is more simple than that

Glutamine/possibly Creatine
ECA Stack (or Redline is fine)
Multivitamin
Flax Oil/or CLA
ZMA

Don't go broke.

Thanks for all the responses.. I am actually just trying to build muscle.. but after my cycle is over I'd like to cut a lil too.. I just started taking redline n such in hopes to do that.. so taking CLA and Flax Oil both would be pointless? And is Tribex even effective? I've heard good and bad things about it.. dunno what to believe so I just got it anyway..my main reason to take all of these is just to get the most out of my workouts.. but obviously that's everyone's goal..

Smirk Taking a bunch of stuff is this bad?

Creatine = 5 to 6 pound water gain. If your using a quality protein powder, it already has the aminos in it to manufacture Creatine. Check any biochem textbook for the truth. Buy a couple of good steaks and enjoy the money u saved.
Glutamine----> drop the am dose, use just before bedtime, proven to be the best time for glutamine to help your body release a little extra growth hormone...naturally................

Best Wishes

Ehhh, do what you want... lots of small stuff may help some in the end, up to you.

What I use that I KNOW helps..

Whey
Creatine
Dextrose

What I add that potentially helps with insulin sensititivity, so I take it w/ the dextrose just to be safe...

Chromium Picolinate
R-ALA

Stuff I take that may help, but can't tell...

L-Glutamine
Multivitamin (assume this is necessary, but can't tell a diff, cept in pee color)
Ground Flax
NAC

And just started, without time yet to judge...

GABA

Thing is... sounds like alot, but R-ALA, Chromium, Flax, NAC, and GABA in TOTAL cost less than 50 bucks for a supply that lasts 2-3 months. So.. can it hurt? Prolly not.

BTW: Someone reassure me that GLUTAMINE DOES make a diff. Por Favor

Last time I checked, even with enough aminos, your body is not going to produce that much creatine. The human body likes homeostasis, and building muscle is definately not your body's priority... why would it make more creatine just because it can?

I DEFINATELY notice an improvement using creatine... especially w/ dextrose.
