GNC 100% Whey

Hey guys:

Recently got back into the life and wanted to adda protein drink. Went to GNC and used bought a bucket of their whey. I recentky read an artcile on whey that made me wondering if this brand was any good.

Was wondering if I can get some feedback from you guys. Also, any brands you recommend and the reasons why would be appreciated. I have been eyeing EAS MetaPro Whey.

Thanks

well alot here will tell you that gNC is 2 expensive, and i agree. I been using a protein blend call ISS pro m3. I like it. also people here like Optimum nutrions 100% whey. there are tons of threads regarding protien here, try doing a search if you don't find the answers your looking for. And EAS is a great brand, great quality.

We use the GNC Brands of protein, since Craig works there on weekends we use his discount to get it cheaper. I use this till I am about 3 weeks out, then switch to a zero carb.

What he said. Good stuff, and inexpensive.

GNC's product is manufactured by Optimum--at least it was---however the taste is quite different. Actually, it's absolutely horrid. Even with whatever discounts they offer, and the Gold Card, there's little reason to buy anything from GNC when there are so many available options online.

Often, not only are the online retailers generally less expensive, you also don't have to wait for a special sale or the one day per month--or however it is that their GC program now works--to get a reasonable deal.
