Whey Protein VS Micellar
I know that you are supposed to take Micellar Protein if it's not before or after a w/o because it takes longer for you body to process it.
Would it be acceptable if I used Whey protein and added fat to it? Would I get the same results? Micellar protein is some expensive!

If you are you are using whey as a mrp, just make sure you eat 2-3 hours later and you'll be fine

It would be different. Micellar casein has more things going for it than just the fact that it is slow digesting. I believe there are more variables that make it more anti-catabolic than whey, I believe it is better for the immune system too. Once I finish entering this data I will try to find you some studies.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.
