hello ppl i havnt posted in about 6 months but im back for a chrimbo special

chances are none of u even know me ....but to hell wiv it

fat burning stimulents.... pills u take before u work out ...supposed to help u burn off more fat...... do they work??

i was gunna buy some from my local gym...apparently its the most sold thing in the gym and even the owner lesley uses them.

but it could just b a load of bull...her trying to sell them....ne way....do they work and if they do wots the downsides to them??

I didn't like Pumping iron........It was interesting.....I thought Pumping Iron was going to be more informational than it was....maybe I just set myself up for a let down
