    another ab-sovled question

Ive been using it for a week now and am not really seeing any results. I am applying 4 squirts on the stomach and sides in the morning and 4 at night. Should I use more squirts? Maybe I should try the lipo-derm ultra but how do I tell what kind of fat I am fighting?

Putting aside the typical causes--stress, certain drugs, etc---and going by appearance alone:

If you're relatively lean in the abdominal region (almost a six pack), but it's your stomach itself that's actually large and perhaps sticking out, then it's quite likely VAT.

For most, if it works, the results are noticeable within a week or two. It also depends on your diet; that is, if there's a reasonable deficit.

What if its only the loose skin/fat on lower abs and love handles? Is Lipoderm ultra better for that or Absolved?

Yes, I'm very ineterested in this, too-->Ab-Solved has gotten stellar reviews at 1fast400.

Does it actually "free-up" subcuntaneous fat, or does it just "tighten" you up for pre-contest?

In other words, does it last after you stop?
