    supplementt schedule

hey i was just looking to see if any of yous had input on wat would be a good schedula to take my supplements daily, some base info 6', 190lbs, cutting right now

    well the supplements are
    prolab whey protien
    prolab creatin
    prolab glutamine
    prolab amino 2000
    multi vitamin

and i also have bsn nitrix but im not sure if i should take it with glutamine since the lable warns high levels of glutamine will diminish nitrix's effects

well basically i was just look for input on how i should take these so they dont 'interact' with each other and are most beneficial to me

You can take your creatine and glutamine together........

Add your protein drink to two of your meals.

Take your amino's with each meal....prior to and after your work out

Multi-Vit...take last after your first meal.

I cannot advise as to "when" to take these supps during your training days, as training times were not provided......Sorry

I'm not sure about Prolab, but Optimum Nutrition Whey has about 4g of glutamine, and almost as many grams of BCAA's (highets in its class) as amino 2000 per serving. I usually add one serving of creatine to my shake once a day. It's a lot easier than taking so many pills a day.
