I prefer bars.
Lately I've been eating EAS Low Carb bars.
I was just wondering what MRP's the member's here use? What brands and what flavors? Do most people here eat protein bars or just mix the MRP Powder? Also could u recommend the cheapest place to buy it? Thanks

I prefer bars.

Lean Body, Dorian Yates, Isopure, etc.
I prefer GROW! If I can't get that, I'll buy Myoplex. Vanilla seems to be the most normal to me.
I will eat bars when I have to, but prefer the shake. Bars have some hidden carbs.
Fitsavers.com has been o.k., but finding online is rather easy.

Muscle Meals by Musclelink. Both flavors, van and choc, are awesome.Low carbs,EFA's,and 10 grams of glutamine PEPTIDES per packet. Not too thick or thin, doesn't bloat, and is easy on the tummy.I love it!![]()

Me too, but I would not call these bars a meal replacement. Only 240 calories in the bar....far less than any MRP.Originally posted by Prince

Word to the wise: Have LOTS of water ready if you decide to try an EAS Low-Carb bar....
Just remember regarding the bars that all of them are mis-labeled as far as the carb content. They list glycerine in the ingredient section but not in the carb section. They say that technically glycerine is not a carb, but it really is and contains just a little over 4 cals per gram. Most bars have between 10 and 20 grams more carbs than said on the label!
