M 1-T Tips + Schedule
I just purchased 90 - 10mg M 1-T capsules from kilosports, and some 6 - 0X0. Can someone hook me up with a nice dosage schedule and how I should run this post cycle. Thanks alot, I'm excited as hell!!!
My calories have been between 4500 - 5000. 250 grams of protien today, prolly over 200 carbs.. and about 70 - 90 grams of fat. * bulking What should I increase? Height: 5'10 Weight: 160 bf%: 10.5 Additional tips will be much appriecated ![]()

If your 250g protein, and just over 200g Carbs w/ 70-90g of fat, you are not taking in 4500-5000 cals! That's at best 2,610 Cals.

If you are gonna do it, I would go with 10 mg BID for up to 3 weeks. Postcycle, I would go with 6 6oxo pills at night during your last meal for 3 weeks. Personally, I would just not do any of this at this age since you should get quite a bit of help thru your endogenous hormone levels within a year or two for free.
If sense were common, everyone would have it.

You cant obtain a total count of calories from "probably," for me its close to 450g protein, and about 400g carbs, I dont bother counting fat closely, but I'm just north of 4000 calories.
At 160 pounds if you were really eating that much, your natural bodyweight with a normal diet would probably be 95 pounds. |

Sorry, little late.
First, putting age aside, you are 160 at 5'10. I dont care how much of a hardgainer you are, you have at least 30-40 more lbs to put on that frame, easy. Second, as everyone mentioned, you are 16! Good God. When I was 16, I could eat a large pizza a day on top of everything else, and still stay lean. Your hormones are raging right now, it would be oh so easy to put on weight. Plus, with your hormones raging, im sure you have a bit of acne, well, be ready for tons more. Dont plan on asking out that hot girl in class, all she'll be thinking about is tat huge whitehead on the side of your face. M 1T is very potent, and can be harsh on the body. Even injectable testosterone is safer. Seal that bottle up, and save it for at least, at least 2 years. Dont worry, it will be good still. |

You know, If your not going to listen to anyone, do you own Damn research. If you wont listen to other suggestions, whats the point. If you know so much that you think you need to cycle at a pathetic 160, be my guest. I suggest no one else help him, let him flounder.

Pro I dont think he gets he can get the same if not better results by eating 6-7 meals a day.There is no magic pill.Still have to eat that food and I mean pack it in.

Yes I know this and pro don't get all pissy. I've done the research. I know what I need to know. Wether I should cycle 3 or 4 weeks is not a researchable question. And don't fill my thread with shit like don't help this kid, because what the hell are these forums for? Advice... Thankyou.

Plouffe I think he just against kids using these drugs.Thats how strongly he feels about it.He is very well versed in supplements.Take his advice the M1T will be there waiting for you when your ready.

If I knew what I knew today, I would take advantage of the metabolism and hormones I had when I was 16. I would be getting in 200-300g of protein, a PWO shake, and then eat 3 other meals of pure crap, pizza, burgers, etc. I could have put on so much weight naturally. I was like you. I thought I knew everything. I did my first cycle at 17 during hockey season. I could of easily gotten up to at least 180-200 before I ever touched an anabolic, but I couldnt wait. I weighed a pathetic 125 when I graduated. I believe I made my setpoint lower, with starting androgens too early. Now, off PH or AAS, I weigh around 220-230. I think I screwed myself out of 10-20 lbs. Once I figured out how much the kitchen table means with or without androgens, the weight literally poured on. In a period of two years, I gained 70 lbs.
