stronger stuff for beg/intermediate

Ive been dedicated to the gym for about 3 months now and have a pretty good understanding on diet and training and would like to know if someone can point me in the right direction of a stronger supplement for growth. I'm 165 lbs with 13.00% body fat.

Your still very much a beginner, you will make your best gains in the next 5-6 months. Focus on diet and routine, some people still dont have it down even after 5 years of training. If anything add some creatine.

before you take anything wait at least another year or so, you will change a lot if you continue doing a good routine.....after that you can start taking something nice, but dont jump into anabolics just yet...... dont forget a good multi-vitamin and just maybe L-glutamine and get lots of rest, because when i first started working out I did to much and overtrained......

PS: sound to me like you need to eat a litle more

Although Im sure your aware, its not just protein from shakes, it is total high quality protein per day, and most importantly total cals in the proper ratios that will determine results. Whats your daily diet like?

Ya I do know that I need protein from regular food. As far as diet it REALLY varies. I mean i dont eat the same thing or at least try not to everyday. I east a lot of chicken, steak and pork. Carbs i'll eat pastas etc. The REAL big problem is my job. I work 10 hours a day as a welder so its real hard to stop and eat also its tough for me to keep track of the numbers (grams per day)

*1 g of protein per pound of body weight
*2 g of carbs per pound of body weight
Those are some things that i was taught.

What do you mean by total calories in the proper ratio?

17.45 % is another story, you could use a little cuting ( just like me) but its not to bad. It looks to me like you got things down prety good if its only your first month of training man, all you need to do now is get a good diet and train hard and most importantly rest alot, 48 hours is not to much time to rest, but i dont know, like i said everyone is different....... good luck man you sound like you r going to make it, just give yourself time and dont take anything else till you "max out " your growth for now on the sups. you are taking

You can run it year round, it does not need to be cycled.

Are there any benefits to cycling it Mudge? I've seen tons of places that give sample cycles that all include some time off...

I'm built smaller. My physique is hard to explain. Im 5'10" and i consider that short. I forgot to add that im taking a weight gainer (Serious Mass)in the morn and before bed. Like I said before, what can i take if when im at work and i dont have time to make anything to eat so i can keep my protein/carb totals in good shape daily?

According to what I have read there is no reason to cycle it at all, it is not a drug, etc etc

if your 17% BF, I wouldnt take weight gainer before bed. Just eat a cup or so of cottage cheese for slow release protein. Those extra carbs in the weight gainer at night are only good for getting chubbier

Hey, if i were you i would start cuting, because once you gain a little mass it is going to be over 20% and thats a lot, So if i were you i would cut up til like 9-10% and then bulk ofcourse that is also hard to do.......

Hey Wannabefit, I don't think 48 hours of rest is enough and twice of week for each body part may be too much. You're going to burn out bro.

Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going.
