What Supplements For Bulk And Fitness

Hello hows it going.
My names Tj i am 19 years old from Melbourne Australia.
Now i am looking to get supplements to bulk, strip fat, and make me lift more.

Now the one what is everywhere down here is muscle tech but everyone on this forum says stay away from it what other supplements do you suggest bearing in mind we dont have any anabolic stuff here , just plain old supplements (Australia is always behind in alot of stuff hehe)

What are the best supplements around ?

My main goal at the moment is to put on bulk, about 30 kilograms - i know its alot but thats my long term goal, and then strip the fat off later on, but in the process of bulking up to be really fit so i can run without getting puffed out, to look fit, to be healthy etc.

I will be using this with a routine and eating healthy diet, but unsure what they are at this time i have to work them out.

So what supplements do u think i need to talk in what order also to reach my goal.

PS - When in the process of bulking up i dont wanto look fat if i am putting on bulk i wanto look muscular - would this happen or ?

Please write back thankyou.

If you're just starting out then don't bother with supplements - it is better to get started with the right habits in place and use supplements only when they are needed, because that is what they are designed for, to be supplemental to your program.

The only thing you might want to consider if you are bulking is a meal replacement or a protein powder to begin with to add to your diet plan.

No supplements. Start by learning to eat properly and then use the supplements to SUPPLEMENT your already healthy diet.

It would be neat if a single one did all at the same time wouldn't it. Most people here dont know whats legal in Australia and what isn't, so beware of you may get a few bogus replies.

Spend your first 6-12 months without worry for supplements save perhaps a vitamin or something like that. Learn to train and eat first.

No supplements? Ya'll are crazy.

Start with learning nutrition and lifting protocol. Part of learning nutrition is what "supplements" are necessary and what are bonus.

For the first six months, use what is necessary, namely:

* Multivitamin
* EFAs (essential fatty acids) and especially fish oil
* Whey protein post workout

You can't get the benefits of those from whole foods.

After six months, you'll want to fine tune your pre, during, and post-workout nutrition. Such fine tuning will depend on your goals, your genetics, and the size of your wallet.

You'll want to include in your pre, during, and post-workout nutrition things like:

- BCAAs
- EAAs
- appropriate carb sources (dextrose and malto dextrine)
- creatine

Read and learn about all of those.

I've been off from lifting for a few month. tried going back to lifting, but just wasnt motivated, so i would go one week then not the next or miss a day of workout each week.

last year, i was going on and off

but the year before, in high school, i was lifting heavly for a year

ive been using whey protein on and off, but now i'm taking scoop before and after workouts.

is it too early for me to start using creatine?

i was planning on buying some next week.

and starting in 2 weeks

now, ive got a goal, and im motivated. been eating pretty well, it'll get better once i start cooking all of my own meal
