Swole V2 Tangy Orange...

just got it yesterday, mixed it with about 6-8 ounces of water... DAMN... tastes just like candy... I highly recommend it... now whether it really gives good gains or not... I'll let you know in about a month

Is there anything better to mix it with besides water?

it's best mixed with water Deez... don't fill a full glass though, fill like half a glass and you'll feel like you just ate like 5 tangy orange candies... it kind of gave me one of those faces that causes one eye to kind of pucker up and your lips get all crazy... you know that face you get when you eat something really sour... I thought it was cool since it has been so long since i had real candy....

im using the fruit punch tart or whatever it is called. the flavor is way too strong for me to mix in water so I put the powder in my mouth and wash it down with water. The pumps are outrageous but thats all im getting right now. Been on it for less than 2 weeks and I have uped the dosage to 1 1/2 twice daily.

Just remeber to drink 160z of water no matter how you take it. I have the sweet tart punch and it taste really good. The pumps are seriously crazy and from week to week I got stronger or was able to do more reps. I will be ordering swole again but I will go for the orange this time. I have less than half a can to go before I reorder. The only thing that I didnt experince was the good mood changes. On arm days while at the gym my arms swell up to where I can hardly see any defitniton. Two hours later definition comes back. The pump seems to almost get in the way but dam its a great feeling.
