using zma while on a ph cycle
anyone use zma while cycling ph's? How would it affect the cycle?

IMO it wont affect you on or off cycle. ZMA is pretty worthless.

It will not effect the PH cycle, and it's not worthless.

99% of the population isnt zinc defficient, of course unless you are doing 2 a day college football practices or navy seal training, like the subjects in the studies used to pimp ZMA.
