well i decided to start the new year off with a ph cycle. I will be using a transdermal bdc 1 t pro i will start my first week with 1 and a half squirts 2 times a day which equals out to be 252 mg 1-test and 126 mg 4ad. after first week probably going to bump it up two squirts twice a day which will be 336 mg 1- test 168 mg 4ad. I am doing this cycle for strength my calories will be around 3000 to 3400 with at least 350 to 400 grams of protein a day.

Why are you stepping up the dose? Is this your first cycle? |

no not my first cycle each squirt is 84 mg 1 test 42 4ad each 4 oz bottle has 5 grams 1 test 2.5 4ad

no i trust you dg. I also want to post this so people learn about another transdermal on here other then s1+. Also so they can learn they can make good gains without jumping right into m1t

Your proposed dosing schedule looks good to me also. 200-500 mg of 1-testosterone ED is the range most people use. So you are right in the middle of that range.

yea i was not to worried about my dose i have though decided to just go with 2 squirts twice a day 336 mg 1 test and 168 mg 4ad half squirts are a pain. had a good back workout this morning not especting to see any results yet though.

well i had a killer leg workout today i squated 315 x4 i don't think it is cause of the bdc 1 t pro yet i think it is cause i haven't been pushing myself on my squats cause my knee had been acting up from when i hurt it playing football last year and past couple months its been feeling good. But i am happy with this improvement and happy my knee is coming back.

well i weighed in this morning 184 up 7 pounds. this is with 3000 calories and 350 grams protein diet I am not even really trying to put on weight but i will take it. I did shoulders this morning and every exercise went up in reps i didn't try to increase weight yet but exercises i normally only do for 6 reps and struggle on the sixth rep were going up 9 times. so far very happy and it has only been 6 days.

day off today so nothing to log but tomorrow is bench i am going to going to try to max out so we will see what happens

just got done with my chest workout it went great beat my personal best of 305 it is now 310 i didn't try to go any higher i will next chest workout. my weight is 184. every exercise i performed incline decline weights went up so far i happy with the results only been a week.

That's great jmr! With results like that, maybe you should hold off on a M1-T cycle until the gains slow down with the transdermal.

i am planning m1t after this when i did 1-ad i gained ten pounds in about 10 days then didn't gain anymore after that and kept seven of the ten. I am thinking kind of hoping the little bit of 4ad will give me a little more so when all is said and done i can be around 190 then for pct i will lose the water weight and be a good cut 185 thats what i am hoping for and so far it looks like it could be promising.

update did legs today squats 325 x 6 my weight is still at 184 but remember i am only eating a little above maintenence calories i am looking super ripped which i like alot so far so good

well I am almost three weeks into the cycle now today i did squats and i also did deadlifts. squats i have surpassed my goals i did 335 ass to the ground 6 tims for squats i also reached my deadlift goal today of 425 x4 i really been noticing strength gains the past few days. weight is still 184 i am thinking i could put on more wqeight if i eat more but i am not looking for weight gain i want the strength.
